Payment methods

For most jobs, MotoTech will send a PayPal invoice. A PayPal account is not needed to pay for the payment. Credit/debit card, a bank transfer or finance payments through them are accepted payment options.

Regular PayPal or Venmo payment.

Card over the phone.
Engine Quotes and Deposits

MotoTech provides a ball park price over the phone, email or messenger.

Once the engine is received there is a complete tear down and provide an accurate quote including calculated cost of return shipping.

The invoice is sent to the customers email.

Parts are only ordered after the invoice total is received by MotoTech. This payment will place the engine next in line for a rebuild.

Upon job completion, payment is due in full. (if not yet paid)
Failure To Pay

Invoices are due when received by the customer or when job is completed unless prior arrangements are made.

Parts will not be ordered and work will not begin without the abovementioned payment.

Failure to pay invoice in full within 14 days of completion will be subject to a daily storage fee of 5% of the total invoice.

Failure to submit payment in full 30 days from job completion will result in the forfeiture of ownership with the item(s) becoming the property of MotoTech.
Rush Service

Please contact MotoTech before shipping to schedule rush service.

Pricing will be reflective of the current work load and parts availability.

Rush jobs will get a ballpark price; this is subject to change after the engine is received and torn down.

An invoice will be provided and required to be paid in full (non refundable once parts are ordered) for the job to be put in the schedule.

When payment is received in full all parts will be ordered and schedule is rearranged for its arrival. (please provide tracking info so MotoTech can properly adjust schedule)

If after engine inspection parts are required beyond our estimate an additional invoice will be sent to be paid upon receiving. (MotoTech prides itself on accurate first rush estimates but there is always the possibility of unexpected damage or wear found during inspection)
