This is a complete 250cc top end only service.
Send your complete top end and get it back with the power valves assembled and ready to bolt on.
Cylinder is sent out for replate when it is received and disassembled and inspected.
Cylinder is ported for desired power delivery.
Head is modified for desired power delivery and fuel octane.
Piston is sent with the cylinder so when plating is done its perfectly matched to the fresh bore.  
Cylinder, head and power valves are vapor blasted prior to assembly.
Return shipping is included in the price.
ring end gap, piston clearance power valve clearance and squish is all checked.
Typical turnaround is 2-3 week from receiving it at the shop.
