Stock YZ250 Top End Rebuild $800

This is a complete 250cc top end only service.

Send your complete top end and get it back with the power valves assembled and ready to bolt on.

Cylinder is sent out for replate when it is received and disassembled and inspected.

Piston is sent with the cylinder so when plating is done its perfectly matched to the fresh bore.  

Cylinder, head and power valves are vapor blasted prior to assembly.

Return shipping is included in the price.

ring end gap, piston clearance power valve clearance and squish is all checked.

What's included:

  • Cylinder plating

  • Piston kit I usually use Wossner or Wiseco.

  • Small end bearing

  • Cometic gasket kit.

  • Power valve shaft seal.

  • Head nuts.

  • Labor for cleaning and assembly.

Performance YZ250 250cc Top End Rebuild $1100

This is a complete 250cc top end only service.

Head is modified for desired power delivery and fuel octane.

Performance Top End Rebuild / Kit

$1200 modify your topend and return assembled.

$1800 we supply cylinder, head and the 3 power valves no core supplied.

$660 Balanced crank for big bore. New crank that is balanced and welded. (not required but is a nice addition to reduce wear/vibration)

This is a 72mm 295cc big bore top end.

No proprietary parts are used so when its time for a rebuild you can get parts anywhere.

You can send your complete topend and get it back ready to bolt on or you can order it as a kit.

When ordered as a kit it is built to order and includes the 3 power valves but not the rest of the pv parts.

These are typically done to order so we dont always have them ready to go on the shelf.

Porting and head mods are done to suit your preferred power delivery and fuel octane.

Cylinder top is welded and machined to run a MLS head gasket made by cometic instead of the orings.

This is a high quality better than stock 250cc rebuild with no modifications.

Price starts at $2600 Damage, modifications or upgrades are extra.

Price includes parts listed below that are typical wear parts.

All parts used are oem, equivalent or better.

Parts selected are based on years of experience and countless hours of testing.

  • Carb clean / rebuild / jet.

This is a custom 250cc build suited to the riders needs.

Head will be modified to run customers desired fuel.

Porting and head mods to give desired power delivery for any type of riding or racing.

These engine packages everything is taken into consideration to suit the riders wants and needs.

This engine package includes everything listed above in the “Premium Stock rebuild” list.

Additional things included in this package:

  • Porting to suit desired power delivery.

  • Head mods to suit desired fuel and power.

  • Transmission polishing.

 

YZ265/YZ300 Custom Performance Rebuild $3300

265 is a 68.50mm bore and 265cc the 300 is 72mm bore and 293cc commonly referred to as a 295 or 300.

No proprietary parts are used you will get a list of the different parts required for these big bores. When it’s time to rebuild it will be easy to source the parts anywhere online.

This package includes everything in the Premium stock rebuild and the custom performance rebuild packages.

Additional things included in this package:

  • Crank balancing.

  • Power valve modifications.

  • Head mod to suit new bore size.

  • 300 gets the cylinder top welded and machined for a MLS head gasket.
